Another Year Over and a New One Begins

We had a nice Christmas. Santa was good to us all and delivered a few surprises. I was caught up in simply enjoying the day and didn't take many photos so I think this one layout (using Scenic Route Roxbury papers) is the only one that I'll do.


Since the kids all had plans for New Year's Eve, Tom and I decided to take advantage of a two nights for the price of one special at the Weathervane Terrace Inn in Charlevoix for the weekend. I took many photos there. These are a few of my favorites.




I've decided to participate in a photo-a-day challenge for 2008. I think it will be good for getting me to post to this blog more often but we'll see how long it lasts. LOL Today's photos (yes, I have two) are of the flock of wild turkeys that were crossing the highway as we drove home this morning. It was the first time I've ever seen that many at once!
